"So much is changing in my life; it feels like I've lost my bearing and sense of self. I have so much more to give, but I want it to mean something. Where do I go next?"

Many adults in midlife report significant upheavals in all parts of their lives - within their families, in their careers and in changing bodies and needs. These shifts are disruptive, sometimes scary, and can bring incredible opportunities and gifts.
